Extra Details:: Phosphodiesterase 4B2 is a member of the PDE cyclic nucleotides. PDE4B2 is thought to contain both UCR1 and UCR2 regulatory units. PDE4B2 has been associated with schizophrenia and depression and could be a promising target for autism therapies. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml detected PDE4B2 on 10ug of Rat brain membrane tissue lysate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Rat brain membrane tissue lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
