Extra Details:
Transmembrane protein 201, also known as NET5, is a transmembrane protein of the nuclear envelope that is homologous to spindle-associated membrane protein 1 (SAMP1) in humans. NET5 is thought to be expressed on the inner nuclear membrane during interphase and move to the polar regions of the mitotic spindle during mitosis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml detected NET5 on 10ug of rat heart tissue lysate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Rat heart tissue lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
