Extra Details:: LYAR, also known as Ly1 antibody reactive clone, has been found to regulate the intracellular strength that is stimulated by both T and B cell antigen receptors. It is essential for immune tolerance and certain changes to its function could stimulate the development of autoreactivity. LYAR is important in the immunological synapse and functions to inhibit the T cell response. LYAR is highly expressed in indifferentiated embryonic stem cells and may be important in maintaining the stem cell identity. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse embryonic stem cell lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
