- Store at -20 degree C in lyophilized form (-15 to -30 degree C allowed).<br>After reconstitution protein solution should be stored at -70 degree C (-65 to -80 degree C allowed).<br>Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.<br>It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.<br><br>To prepare diluted samples of sTfR it is recommended to use 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.15 M NaCl, pH 8.0 and 5 % D-mannitol, 0.1% CHAPS. Such samples should be frozen until use.<br><br>Do not freeze after reconstitution, if concentration is below 0.1 mg/ml.
