Purity:: Highly Purified ~98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses. Endotoxin level is < 0.1ng per ug of IL-10.
Storage Conditions:: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
