Purity:: Purified 90%. Appears as a major band of 42kD in SDS-PAGE. Due to autoproteolytic activity minor bands of ADAMTS4 may be visiable in the enzymatic preparation.
Storage Conditions:: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
