- Store at -70 degree C before thawing at room temperature. Aliquot unused portions immediately in volumes appropriate for single usage as repeated freezing and thawing may reduce antiserum reactivity. Do not dilute prior to freezing. Store frozen aliquots at -70 degree C.<br>This reagent is not sold as sterile, but can be sterilized by filtration if necessary. To minimize loss of volume during filtration, dilute to the final working concentration in the appropriate medium using a 0.22um filter.
