It selectively inhibits GB BetaG Gamma but not GA Alphai signaling upon activation of the GA Alphai-B BetaG Gamma heterotrimer by OXE-R.1,3 Gue1654 alleviated coronary artery ligation-induced ischemic myocardial injury in a mouse model.4
