Extra Details:: PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) is a well-characterized member of the cancer/testis antigen family. Functioning as a nuclear receptor and transcriptional regulator, PRAME negatively modulates retinoic acid signaling, thereby regulating tumor cell differentiation and proliferation.
