- SC 514 is a selective and reversible inhibitor of IK KappaB kinase 2 (IKKB Beta), a key regulator of the NF-K KappaB signaling pathway. By blocking IKKB Beta activity, SC 514 prevents the phosphorylation and degradation of IK KappaBA Alpha, thereby inhibiting NF-K KappaB activation.
