- Measurement of Intracellular GSH Levels in Non-Induced and Induced Jurkat cell samples. Jurkat cells were treated with a negative control agent or staurosporine to induce oxidative stress. Samples were then stained with the ThioBright™ GSH quantitation dye for 30 minutes per the Intracellular GSH Assay protocol. Flow cytometric analysis reveals a 30% decrease in median fluorescence intensity (MFI) with staurosporine treatment, corresponding to a decrease in intracellular GSH levels. The effect of staurosporine on intracellular GSH levels is easily visible when the samples are overlaid in a single plot (green: negative control; red: positive control).
