Weitere Details:: Uridine 5′-diphospho-N-acetylglucosamine (UDP-GlcNAc) is a nucleotide sugar. It is synthesized from glucose via the hexosamine biosynthetic pathway (HBP). UDP-GlcNAc is transported actively into Golgi, nucleotide sugar transporter (NST). The levels of UDP-GlcNAc is modulated by the concentration of nutrients exposed to the cell. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
