- Uricase is isolated and purified from porcine liver.
- Format:
- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. No preservatives added. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.

- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: Indirect Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
