- Synthetic peptide TLR6 15aa near the amino terminus of human TLR6 (GenBank accession no. NP_006059). For use with cat. no. T8050-54K. Applications: Suitable for use as a blocking peptide in Western Blot with T8050-54K. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml; Blocks the antibody (Cat. #T8050-54K) activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
