- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Toll Like Receptor 2 (TLR2) is a 90kD type 1 transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed by peripheral blood monocytes. TLR2 is also expressed in the spleen, bone marrow and lymph nodes. TLR2 is reported to respond to a diverse range of bacterial cell wall components, mediating the innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: detected a band of ~100kD in A-20 cell lysates. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.. Positive Control: Human spleen Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
