Weitere Details:: Stathmin-2 is a neuronal growth-associated protein that shares significant aa sequence similarity with the phosphoprotein stathmin. It may play a role in neuronal differentiation, and in modulating membrane interaction with the cytoskeleton during neurite outgrowth. It is neuron specific and belongs to the stathmin family. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
