Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2.0ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 4ug/ml detects phospho-Src immunoprecipitated from 3T3 cell lysates with 10ug of anti-Src, but not after phosphatase treatment with YOP. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder and reconstituted products must be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
