- SN50 is an inhibitor of NF-kB. This peptide is composed of a nuclear localization sequence (NLS) for NFkB p50 linked to a cell-permeable carrier. SN50 inhibits NFkB by interfering with its translocation through the nuclear pore. Sequence (linear): H2N-Ala-Ala-Val-Ala-Leu-Leu-Pro-Ala-Val-Leu-Leu-Ala-Leu-Leu-Ala-Pro-Val-Gln-Arg-Lys-Arg-Gln-Lys-Leu-Met-Pro-OH Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
