Weitere Details:: sFRP4 belongs to the sFRP family whose members contain a cysteine-rich domain homologous to the Wnt-binding domain of the Frizzled proteins. SFRP4 is a circulating protein that can function as a phosphatonin as well as an antagonist of Wnt signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.2ug/ml with OVCAR‑3 human ovarian carcinoma cell line, human ovarian cancer tissue, and MCF‑7 human breast cancer cell line under reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
