Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. SESN2 is a member of the sestrin family of PA26-related proteins. The protein may function in the regulation of cell growth and survival. This protein may be involved in cellular response to different stress conditions. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
