Weitere Details:: Secretory Component is an epithelial transport receptor for polymeric IgA and IgM. Antibody to secretory component has been shown to be useful for identifying glandular carcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:100-1:200 for 20 minutes at RT. To stain formalin-fixed tissues, boil tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes, then cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Small intestine, stomach, colon carcinoma Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
