- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Preservative free. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Reconstitute in 500ul sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, pH 7.2.

- Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): ≥1:10 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Extinction: 492nm Emission: 515nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
