Weitere Details:: The synaptonemal complex is a proteinaceous complex that apparently mediates synapses during the zygotene stage and then disintegrates. It is a complex structure that unites homologous chromosomes during the prophase stage of meiosis. It is the result of chromosome pairing interactions and not the cause of them. In the developing nervous system, SCP1 is expressed exclusively in neural progenitors, but not in differentiated neurons. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (frozen/paraffin): 1:750 Immunofluorescence (IC-IF): 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
