Weitere Details:: Receptor for Advanced Glycation End Products (RAGE), also named AGER (Advanced Glycosylation End Product-specific Receptor), is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It binds multiple ligands including S100/calgranulins, amyloid fibrils, amphoterin and leukocyte integrins. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Capture): 2-8ug/ml using 058615 as detetction antibody. Western Blot: 2ug/ml under non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
