Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:5000, assayed against phosphothreonine conjugated BSA using IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xMo for detection. Western Blot: 1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended secondary antibodies: I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
