- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 2ml sterile ddH2O.

- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:9,000 -1:40,000 Western Blot: 1:900 - 1:4000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
