Weitere Details:: Programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) encodes a tumor suppressor protein whose expression is lost in progressed carcinomas of lung, breast, colon, and prostate. The expression of PDCD4 gene is strongly induced during apoptosis in a number of cell types. It is modulated by cytokines in natural killer and T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:2000-1:3000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
