Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA (direct), Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug per 10e6 cells; mouse splenocytes treated with PHA. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using perfusion-fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus. Western Blot: 0.2ug/ml with lysates of EL-4 mouse lymphoblast cell line and CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line (negative control) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
