Weitere Details:: The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) becomes detectable in the G1 phase of the cell cycle and reaches a maximum level of expression during mitosis. PCNA is highly conserved across species and is a critical part of the DNA polymerase delta holoenzyme (1,2,3). The level of PCNA expression depends on the proliferative potential of the cell examined. This monoclonal antibody stains proliferating cells in a wide range of normal tissues, as well as in tissues undergoing pathological processes and after mitogenic and allogeneic stimulations. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin-embedded sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
