Weitere Details:: In surgical pathology the antibody is useful for the discrimination between ovarian and non-ovarian carcinomas both in the ovary and in cases of adenocarcinoma of unknown origin and in the abdomal cavity. Immunohistochemistry: positive staining in fallopian tube epithelium and follicular cells of ovary. Focal positive staining in epithelial cells from appendix, pancreas and prostate. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10 using the indirect immunoperoxidase method. Dilute in PBS. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
