Weitere Details:: Defensin alpha 1, otherwise known as HNP-1, is a secreted cationic antimicrobial peptide and member of the alpha-defensin family, which plays an important role in the innate immune response against microbial infections. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml. (100ul/well) will detect at least 2000-4000pg/well of recombinant human NP-1 when used with N5377-01 as the capture antibody. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Capture: N5377-01 Detection: N5377-01B1 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
