Weitere Details:: Endothelial NOS (eNOS), also known as Nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) or constitutive NOS (cNOS), is a nitric oxide synthase. It generates NO in blood vessels and is involved with regulating vascular function. A constitutive Ca2+ dependent NOS provides a basal release of NO. eNOS is associated with plasma membranes surrounding cells and the membranes of Golgi bodies within cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects eNOS/NOS III in RIPA lysates from HUVEC cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Control: Platelets, placenta, liver and kidney Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
