Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitated Nibrin/Nbs1 from 500ug of Jurkat RIPA lysate. Immunocytochemistry: 2ug/ml detected Nibrin/Nbs1 in A431 cells. Western Blot: 1ug/ml detected Nibrin/Nbs1 in 10ug of HeLa cell lysate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Included Positive Antigen Control: Jurkat lysate. Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
