- Weitere Details:
- Nerve growth factor-b (b-NGF) is a potent neurotrophic factor which supports the growth and survivability of nerve and/or glial cells. The active form of human b-NGF is a dimer, formed by two identical 119 amino acid subunits, which is held together by strong hydrophobic interactions. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Direct): 1ug/ml using 100ul/well. Detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human NGFb. ELISA (Sandwich): 0.25-1.0ug/ml using 100ul/well. In conjunction with N2350-05 as a capture antibody, allows the detection of etection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human NGFb. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human NGFb is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
