Weitere Details:: Neurogranin is a 78 amino acid neuron-specific substrate of protein kinase C that accumulates predominantly in dendritic shafts and spines of neurons. Immunoreactive neurogranin has been detected in many brain regions but is particularly abundant in the mammalian forebrain. Immunostaining is completely abolished by pre-adsorption of the antibody with the immunogen peptide. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: ≥1:500 on 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS fixed or 3% paraformaldehyde/0.1% glutaraldehyde/PBS fixed tissue sections. Immunocytochemistry: ≥1:500 Immunoprecipitation: ≥1:100 ELISA: ≥1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
