Weitere Details:: Nanos2 is a cytoplasmic RNA-binding protein that belongs to the Nanos family of translational repressors. The 138 amino acid (aa) protein contains a 55 aa nanos-type zinc finger domain with two C2HC motifs. Human and mouse Nanos2 share identity 75% aa sequence identity overall but 95% within the zinc finger RNA binding domain. In the mouse, Nanos2 is located in male germ cells and is essential for spermatogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml with recombinant human Nanos2 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
