Weitere Details:: The multisubunit NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase is the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. By use of chaotropic agents, complex I can be fragmented into 3 different fractions: a flavoprotein fraction, an iron-sulfur protein (IP) fraction, and a hydrophobic protein (HP) fraction. The IP fraction contains NDUFS1, NDUFS2, NDUFS3, NDUFS4, NDUFS5, NDUFS6, and NDUFA5. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
