Weitere Details:: Membrane-type Frizzled-Related Protein (MRFP) is a type II transmembrane protein with a C-terminal Frizzled-type cysteine rich domain in the extracellular region. It is predicted that MFRP may function as a regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. Detection limit is ~25ng/ml under non-reducing conditions Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-15ug/ml using normal human medulla tissue sections ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1ug/ml. Detection limit is ~25ng/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
