Weitere Details:: Expression of macrophages is increased with maturation, with higher expression on peritoneal and alveolar macrophages. Some expression has also been observed on peripheral blood lymphocytes. The antigen recognised has a broad tissue distribution. Clone 10F28 stains macrophages in a range of tissues, including the thymus, spleen periarteriolar lymphoid sheath (PALS), spleen red pulp and the Peyer’s patches. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilisation is required. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
