Weitere Details:: M13 bacteriophage is widely used in the preparation of 'phage-display' immunoglobulin libraries. G3P plays a role in the entry of the viral genome into the bacterial host. This antibody may be used to detect binding of ScFv antibodies developed in the M13 system. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
