Weitere Details:: Lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP-2), also known as CD107b, is a heavily glycosylated, type I transmembrane protein that constitutes one of the two major sialoglycoproteins on lysosomal membranes that can be used to distinguish lysosomes from other organelles (1). CD107b is similar in structure to Mac-1 and is expressed primarily on epithelial cells and macrophages in a variety of organs in normal and Beige mutant mice (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e6 cells Immunohistochemistry: Acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
