Weitere Details:
Lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP-1), also known as CD107a, is a heavily glycosylated, type I transmembrane protein that constitutes one of the two major sialoglycoproteins on lysosomal membranes that can be used to distinguish lysosomes from other organelles. It is a ligand for galaptin, an S-type lectin present in extracellular matrix, through its recognition of acetyllactosamine oligosaccharide chains, and is a ligand for E-selectin-mediated cell adhesion. CD107a is principally expressed in epithelial cells and macrophages in a variety of organs in normal and Beige mutant mice. LAMP-1 may function in protecting the inner surface of the lysosomal membrane by forming a barrier to lysosomal hydrolases. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
