Weitere Details:: Mouse Ly49 receptors exhibit allelic specificity for MHC class I Ia molecules and are thought to serve to prevent natural killer (NK) cells from attacking normal cells, while allowing them to attack infected or transformed cells in which class I molecules have been down-regulated.2 These inhibitory receptors are also expressed on subpopulations of mouse CD8+ T cells. This antibody stains ~45% of NK1.1+CD3- splenocytes from C57BL/6 mice.1 Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
