Weitere Details:: Luteinizing hormone promotes spermatogenesis and ovulation by stimulating the testes and ovaries to synthesize steroids. It exists as a heterodimer of a common alpha chain and a unique beta chain which confers biological specificity to thyrotropin, lutropin, follitropin, and gonatropin. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:3000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Sheep pituitary. No staining is evident when the primary antibody is pre-absorbed with 0.5 mg/ml of LH. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
