Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected LKB1 in RIPA lysates from Rat2 cells. Rat2 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with L3185-03 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 5ug/ml detected LKB1 in transfected Cos-7 cells fixed with 3-7% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended secondary antibodies: I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
