- Weitere Details:
- MAP1LC3B is a subunit of neuronal microtubule-associated MAP1A and MAP1B proteins, which are involved in microtubule assembly and important for neurogenesis. MAP1LC3B is probably involved in formation of autophagosomal vacuoles (autophagosomes). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:1000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000 Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Cellular Localization: LC3-I: Cytoplasm. LC3-II: Intracytoplasmic membrane; lipid-anchor. Cytoplasmic vesicle; autophagosome; autophagosomal membrane; lipid-anchor. Note=LC3-II binds to the autophagic membranes. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
