Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: ≥1:10 using indirect immunoperoxidase staining. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Fluorochrome/IgG protein molar ratio (F/P): ~1.0 Extinction: 492nm Emission: 515nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
