Weitere Details:: Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH) is generally a very efficient coupling agent. It is the most common carrier protein used in the preparation of hapten conjugates. KLH is composed of five subunits. It is lysine rich with a large number of available primary amines to facilitate conjugation, antibody production and promote peptide attachment after dissociation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1906: IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch I1906-10: IgY, Chicken (HRP) Rb x Ch I1906-12: IgY, Chicken (FITC) Rb x Ch I1906-14: IgY, Chicken (AP) Rb x Ch Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
