Weitere Details:: Keratin belongs to the type B (basic) subfamily of high molecular weight keratins and exists in combination with cytokeratin 18 (type A; acidic subfamily of low molecular weight keratins). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 for 30 min. at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires digestion of tissue sections with trypsin (1mg/ml PBS, pH 7.4) or pepsin (1mg/ml Tris-HCl, pH 2.0) for 10-15 min at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Positive Control: Skin Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
