- KC, also known as CXCL1, is expressed in a range of cells including monocytes, macrophages and vascular endothelial cells. KC is involved in neutophil chemotaxis and activation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.15-0.30ug/ml Western Blotting: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 01% BSA or HSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
